Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase and therefore we offer a 7 (seven) days return/exchange policy (excluding sale stock).

The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtag attached (where applicable) in original packaging. Please send an email to elanivogel@gmail.com to action your return/exchange.

Please indicate the item/items you wish to return, your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Please note that return cost will be for the client's account. If the client wants to exchange an item, we will gladly send the desired item at our cost. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtags attached in original packaging.

Please allow 10 to 15 working days for refunds to be processed (Please note: No refunds on the shipping costs).

Please note, we cannot guarantee the exchange of limited edition items due to limited stock.
